Our work speaks for itselfMama Roux Restaurant
Set within a historic landmark building, Mama Roux was fully reimagined through a sensitive gut renovation that honours both craftsmanship and locality. Materials and finishes were thoughtfully sourced from local artisans, from vintage Art Deco sconces to bespoke cabinetry, creating a space rooted in authenticity and detail.
Drawing inspiration from the richness of New Orleans Creole culture—its vibrant second line parades and layered culinary heritage—the interiors evoke a warm, intimate atmosphere. The design balances character and elegance, weaving together texture, history, and timeless detailing to create a space that feels both inviting and enduring.

“To delight in the warm glow of the Art Deco sconces while taking in the spices of the Cajun cuisine was nothing short of magical. It’s a space that is been so well designed it feels as though it has always been there.”
